  • Black Truffle MAY-OH


  1. Preheat grill for medium heat and lightly oil the grate.
  2. Thoroughly mix ground lamb, rosemary, thyme, garlic powder, salt, and pepper together in a bowl; shape into 4 patties.
  3. Cook the burgers until they are beginning to firm and are hot and slightly pink in the center, about 5 minutes per side. Rest burgers while assembling toppings.
  4. Add a layer of Black Truffle MAY-OH onto each bun and place the burger on top. Top with tomato and mixed salad leaves. 
  5. Enjoy!
